The Le Morea apartment is located in the heart of Port Nature, on the third floor. You will be in the heart of the nightlife of the naturist village.
The Port Nature district is the party center of the village, with many restaurants such as Le Bristot or le Piment Vert welcoming you warmly. The Waiki bar and its high terrace are perfect for observing passersby, and many bars are ideal for dancing all night. It is also a very popular place for libertine evenings, with bars such as Melrose, Eros or Arche 2. The Look bar is gay friendly.
The naturist beach is only a 5-minute walk from the apartment. A little further down the beach, you can enjoy the festive afternoons at Paralia, with its crazy atmosphere. This bar is located a few meters from the Baie des cochons, known worldwide as the meeting place for libertines. Later in the evening, a 4-minute walk away, you can discover the torrid atmosphere of the Glamour club.
Enjoy the terrace and the view with a glass of wine and let yourself be carried away by the enchanting atmosphere of the village.
The apartment is located in the Naturist area of Cap d'Agde.
To be able to enter this naturist village you must first register at the reception of the naturist village.
An entrance fee of 15 euros for 3 days per couple will be required.
This is a tax collected by the city of Agde.
It can not be included in the rental price since it is the municipality that benefits.

Cancellation Policy
Article 1: Purpose
These general cancellation conditions define the terms and conditions under which a client can cancel or modify an apartment reservation on our booking platform, as well as the consequences of such cancellation or modification.
Article 2: Cancellation Terms
The reservation cancellation must be made in writing, either by email to: contact@capdagdestudio.com or via our contact form available on our website.
Article 3: Cancellation Deadlines and Fees
Cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date:
Free cancellation with a full refund of the deposit paid.
Cancellation less than 30 days before the arrival date:
No refund of the deposit paid, except in cases of justified force majeure (serious illness, death, etc.).
Refund processing fees:
Processing fees will apply based on the type of card used for payment:
Standard cards from the European Economic Area (EEA): 1.5% + €0.25
Premium cards from the EEA: 1.9% + €0.25
UK cards: 2.5% + €0.25
International cards: 3.25% + €0.25
Additional fees for currency conversion: + 2%
Article 4: Reservation Modifications
Modification up to 30 days before the arrival date:
Free modifications subject to availability.
Modification less than 30 days before the arrival date:
Modifications are possible subject to availability and may incur additional fees. The fees will be communicated to the client before the modification is confirmed.
Article 5: No-show
In case of no-show on the arrival day without prior cancellation, the total reservation amount will remain due and no refund will be given.
Article 6: Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.) preventing the stay, a rescheduling of the reservation or a full refund may be offered to the client at the discretion of the owner.
Article 7: Refund Procedure
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 14 days from the receipt of the cancellation request. Refunds will be made using the same payment method as used for the reservation.
Article 8: Disputes
In case of a dispute regarding the reservation cancellation, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before engaging in any judicial proceedings. If not resolved, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts.
Article 9: Acceptance of Cancellation Policy
Booking an apartment implies unreserved acceptance of these general cancellation conditions by the client.
