FAQ — Cap d'Agde Naturist Village
Do I need to be a naturist to book, and is the Village suitable for a couple discovering it for the first time?
No naturist practice is required: going nude is simply the norm in communal areas and on the beach, while inside the apartment it's entirely up to you. In fact, the Cap d'Agde Naturist Village mostly welcomes couples aged 30 to 60 discovering it for the first time — a unique destination in Europe, combining a naturist beach, a lively atmosphere and premium tourism.
Is Cap d'Agde Studio a real estate agency?
No. Cap d'Agde Studio is not a traditional real estate agency but a premium selection of apartments within the Cap d'Agde Naturist Village. The rental agreement is made directly between the traveller and the apartment owner; Cap d'Agde Studio connects the two, presents the listings and facilitates the booking.
Why book directly on capdagdestudio.com rather than on Booking or Airbnb?
Booking directly gives you access to the best rate, direct communication with our team and priority access to availability, without the service fees charged by the major platforms.
Is payment secure on capdagdestudio.com?
Yes. Payment is processed by a certified payment provider over a secure connection, just as on the major booking platforms. Booking directly changes nothing about payment security — it only means a better rate and closer contact with our team.
How does payment for a booking work?
Payment is made in two steps: a deposit at the time of booking, then the balance 30 days before your arrival. If your stay begins in less than 30 days, the full amount is due at the time of booking.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
You can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before your arrival; any amount already paid will then be refunded, minus the card processing fee deducted from the refund. After that deadline, the booking becomes non-refundable and the full amount of the stay remains due, including in the event of a personal or travel-related emergency — we therefore recommend taking out suitable cancellation or travel insurance before booking.
What is the minimum length of stay?
It varies by apartment and by period, and can drop to one or two nights even in high season depending on current availability. The minimum number of nights is shown directly on each apartment's listing when you book.
Can the Cap d'Agde Naturist Village be explored on foot?
Yes, the Village is very walkable: the beach, shops and restaurants are all easily reached without a car. Most of our apartments are just a few minutes' walk from the main points of interest.
Which neighbourhoods of the Naturist Village are the Cap d'Agde Studio apartments in?
Our selected apartments are mainly located in Héliopolis, Port Nature, Port Ambonne and Port Venus, the most sought-after neighbourhoods of the Naturist Village, within easy reach of the beach and shops.
Are children welcome in the Cap d'Agde Naturist Village?
The Naturist Village is designed primarily for couples; bringing children is not recommended. If you're travelling as a family, please contact us before booking to check whether the stay is right for you.
Can I bring a pet?
It depends on the owner: some apartments accept pets, others don't. On capdagdestudio.com, a dedicated filter lets you select pet-friendly apartments directly, so you can quickly find one that suits your companion.
Is there parking near the apartment?
Yes. Every Cap d'Agde Studio apartment comes with its own parking space, included in your rental — no need to search for a spot on arrival.
What's included in the rental (linen, amenities)?
Every apartment is equipped with the essentials: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and bed linen and towels are provided. Full details of the amenities (kitchen, washing machine, terrace...) are listed on each apartment's page.
How does check-in work?
You'll be welcomed by a concierge or a service provider chosen by the owner — there is never 24/7 self check-in. The standard arrival time is communicated before your stay; for a late arrival, simply let the team know in advance.
Is there a Village access tax on top of the rental price?
Yes. Registration at the entrance to the Naturist Village is mandatory and an access tax applies, around €15 per couple for 3 days. This tax is separate from the rental price and is paid on site.
What are the best times to stay at the Cap d'Agde Naturist Village?
The season builds from May-June, peaks in July-August with strong international demand, then stays very pleasant in September with good weather and a quieter crowd. The rest of the year suits calm couple getaways, outside the high season.
