We offer a 30m² ground-floor apartment in the heart of the village of Port Nature, close to festivities, restaurants and shops.
We offer you a 30m² ground floor apartment located in the heart of the Port Nature village, close to all the party venues, restaurants and shops. This carefully decorated 2-person apartment offers all the necessary comfort: a bedroom, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace. It is located in the Naturist Village.
The services offered include air conditioning, television, unlimited internet access, a safe, a dressing room, an iron and a large terrace with a view of the port. The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a hob, a microwave oven combination and a washing machine. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer, sheets and towels are provided.
A private and secure car park with an automatic barrier is also available on site.

The apartment is located in the Naturist area of Cap d'Agde.
To be able to enter this naturist village you must first register at the reception of the naturist village.
An entrance fee of 15 euros for 3 days per couple will be required.
This is a tax collected by the city of Agde.
It can not be included in the rental price since it is the municipality that benefits.

The studio was recently re-fitted, impeccably clean and well located in the village. There is a shaded outdoor patio with table and chars where you can sit and relax or eat. Our host Frederic made us feel very welcome and went beyond our expectations to ensure that we were comfortable.

It's a studio so be prepared for it to be small. There is a curtain across the en-suite shower room rather than a door and everything is compact.

La atención de la persona que gestiona el apartamento( Frederic) genial. Su emplazamiento frente al puerto marítimo le hace estar cerca de la actividad pero tranquilo cuando lo necesitas. Tiene todas las comodidades. La terraza ideal para disfrutar de una lectura, tomar el sol o hacer una cena ( vermut) . Las medidas ideales ... conociendo el tipo de apartamentos de la zona , sus 28m2, son justo lo que nosotros necesitamos. El aire acondicionado un punto añadido. La wifi gratis funciona .

Cosy apartment in the heart of the naturiste village
We liked the apartment as it is in a modern design and equiped with all we could need (fridge, nespresso machine, parasol, washing machine, ...). Only the beds should have been more soft for a more comfortable sleeping. Distance to the beach: 5 minutes walking. Distance to restaurants, bars, clubs: between 2 and 10 minutes walking. Our host Frédéric was great: very welcoming, friendly, attentive and helpful - thank you Frédéric!
