The sunny and bright apartment is 4 minutes from the beach, delicious restaurants, bars, shops and clubs.
Some of the best places are the waiki beach, Melrose cafe, and Le Mississippi restaurant.
You have the option to visit these fabulous places or have a good time at the apartment over a few bottles of wine. Whichever way you prefer, there is always an opportunity to have fun.
The apartment is newly remodeled and located on the ground floor, perfect for overlooking the pools and relaxingto relax on the private terrace with the view on the beautiful park.
Sleep in late in the large bed with comfy pillows and blankets or wake up early to get to the beach for a nice morning walk. Wash off from the beach or pool in the sleek shower. Feel free to cook delicious meals on your vacation in the fully equipped kitchen. There are plenty of activities and great people to meet in the village. Wifi is available for your use. De eerste indruk is de belangrijkste:
Onderweg ontvang je diverse appjes, maar je bent aan het rijden, dus eigenlijk storend.
Bij aankomst moet je je eerst registreren bij de receptie van de village. Deze blijkt gesloten (2e paasdag). Meerdere app's over hoe verder. Vervolgens pas na meer dan een half uur in je appartement.
Vuile vaat in de vaatwasser en in de kasten. Dus alles maar in de vaatwasser voor gebruik.
Het opgegeven wifi wachtwoord bleek onjuist.
Schoonmaak en onderhoud slecht, waterschade niet hersteld (ziet er vies uit), lekkende kraan. Wel excuses gehad, maar dat neemt de frustratie niet weg.
Het heet een naturisme village, maar lijkt iets anders. Je zit er nl. niet vrij doordat diverse mensen uitgebreid voor je raam/terras blijven staan om wat te zien en bepaalde bewegingen maken.
Bedankt voor uw feedback. Het spijt ons te horen dat uw ervaring niet aan uw verwachtingen voldeed. We nemen uw opmerkingen zeer serieus en zullen deze gebruiken om onze service te verbeteren. We bieden onze excuses aan voor het ongemak dat u heeft ondervonden bij aankomst en het schoonmaken van het appartement. We zullen stappen ondernemen om ervoor te zorgen dat dit in de toekomst niet meer gebeurt. Wat betreft de wifi, we zullen dat onmiddellijk controleren en corrigeren. We begrijpen uw frustratie en waarderen uw geduld in deze kwestie. Nogmaals, onze excuses voor eventuele ongemakken en we waarderen uw waardevolle feedback. Premier super séjour !

Super séjour au Cap. Le studio est très bien équipé et notre hôte a été extrêmement prévenant : il nous a conseillé plein de restos, bars, discothèque... Dans le studio, la chambre est légèrement séparé du reste ce qui donne un peu de calme au coin nuit. La petite terrasse était hyper appréciable car il commençait à faire beau et nous en avons profité dès le matin. Le studio est dans une partie peu passante de la résidence.
Nous en avons aussi profité pour découvrir l'arrière pays : Carcassonne, Pezenas, Sigean...
Sûr nous reviendrons.

En plein été par contre, le fait d'être au rez-de-chaussée peut être gênant.
L'insonorisation peut être légère s'il y a beaucoup de festivités autour.

Excellentes vacances
Avec un accueil agréable et prévenant de Nicolas, le séjour commencait bien. Il nous a conseillé des restos et des clubs qui nous correspondaient bien.
L'appartement était super : petite terrasse ensoleillée, un coin nuit séparé du coin séjour, des équipements au top (grand frigo, four, machine à laver...). Et un emplacement top, au calme pour ce début mai sans trop de passage devant.
On a déjà prévu de revenir !

Friendly well arranged check in. Appreciated an early check in on a hot day. Well apppinted apartment with dishwasher air con and washing machine and dryer. Great location close to everything but quiet enough for a good nights rest. Electric awning shaded the outdoor deck beautifully. Newly refurbished and very comfortable bed.

Garden Port nature : Le top du top
Nous pensons que c’est un appartement qui a été bien pensé. Aucune place n’est gaspillée, il est spacieux, pratique, agréable, bien agencé et surtout très très bien équipé. Le matelas est d’excellente qualité, il y a des rangements, les jeux de lumières sont sympa. L’appartement était vraiment très propre. L’emplacement fantastique avec une jolie vue sur le parc.
Concernant l’agence qui gère ce bien, ce sont des professionnels, à l’écoute et très réactifs. D’autant plus qu’ils sont très sympa. Victoria, merci pour ton accueil, ton professionnalisme et ta gentillesse.
