We call it the magic village
The modern and colorful studio is located in the largest naturist village in Europe.
Adult only accomodation.
Swingers are welcome.
This place is also Gay friendly

The beautiful studio apartment is just 5 minutes away from the beach, delicious restaurants, bars, crazy-sexy shops and clubs to dance or love to the end of the night.
Some of the best places are the waiki beach, Melrose cafe, and Le Mississippi restaurant.
You have the option to visit these fabulous places or have a good time at the apartment over a few bottles of wine. Whichever way you prefer, there is always an opportunity to have fun.
The apartment is newly remodeled and located on the third floor, perfect for overlooking the beautiful city and sea view from the private terasse with your love or your friends.

The apartment is located in the Naturist area of Cap d'Agde.
To be able to enter this naturist village you must first register at the reception of the naturist village.
An entrance fee of 15 euros for 3 days per couple will be required.
This is a tax collected by the city of Agde.
It can not be included in the rental price since it is the municipality that benefits.

Un studio très bien présenté, propre et bien équipé dans un excellent emplacement dans la station. Notre contact (Frederic), était sympathique, serviable et la communication était irréprochable. Nous utiliserons les propriétés disponibles de Studio Village Naturiste encore et encore. An extremey well presented, clean and well equiped studio flat in an excellent location in the resort. Our contact (Frederic), was friendly, helpful and communication was faultless. We will be using the properties available from Studio Village Naturiste again and again.

2nd time with them - everything is perfect in property itself & customer service.... each detail is forseen They meet you, they park your car, they bring your to the appartment (which is not always the case in others places).. etc.... everything was pleasant & ideal 2nd year... thanx a lot !
