    Beautiful place , in heart of nightlife, amazing flat with terrace with sea view, flat tv, colored light in all apartment and really sexy shower. All is perfect. U need something ...Frederique do a really good & professionnal job , u know why ??? He loves his job . Don't wait a reserved it! Thanks for all Fred and see u again

  4. PARFAIT !!!

    Nous avions pour habitude de séjourner au cap en hôtel 4*.. Désormais nous reviendrons dans cet appartement !! Très belles prestations, accueil au top, bonne literie, emplacement de rêve pour être au coeur du Cap, belle vue mer.. tout était parfait et conforme aux descriptions et photos ! Un point négatif ?... Que nous n'ayons pas pu rester plus longtemps !! ;-) Merci à Frédéric et Nathalie

    Un très bon accueille, Victoria une personne fort sympathique et on reviendra certainement. Le cadre est confortable mais je pense pas qu'on viendra en pleine saison, on est trop novice et pas assez ouvert pour assister à une orgie générale. lol

  17. Great choice!

    The studio have a great view over the city night life and the sea. Location is central and close to the beach. It is stylish and beautifully and modernly furnished... in some areas, it requires a small update, given the transit and popularity of these rooms. Cleanliness seems to be decent. In my case, I arrived earlier and probably because I forced an early check in, and so the cleanliness was not exemplary. Again, this is probably my case. But there were no big and serious problems of any kind. The host is nice, welcoming and helpful. Prices are very high. It is a general problem throughout the resort ... There are offers with lower prices, but certainly with modest rooms. I felt good and I do not regret the choice made. As a conclusion, if you allow yourself to pay so much, it is a good option. But not like a 5-star hotel in any city in Europe, at the price of 260 euros per night:D ... I gave 4 out of 5 stars only considering the prices. Which unfortunately, if you want to be there, you have to accept it and pay it:D:)

    Vous ne trouverez pas meilleur emplacement, le propriétaire Frédéric est très aimable très accueillant et très arrangeant, l'appartement est d'une beauté et d'une propreté rare, et tout est mis à disposition, je le reprendrai à chacun de mes séjours au cap !

    Un petit séjour au mois de Février qui restera gravés dans nos mémoires ! Magnifique studio décoré avec goût, idéal pour passer un moment romantique, avec un cadre superbe une vue sur la mer magnifique, bercés par le bruit des vagues et des mouettes ...nous avions besoin de se ressourcer nous avons était servis 👌 propriétaires très agréables et à l'écoute ,nous recommandons à 100% 😊
